"It seems like you can find anything with a Background Search. I have found Arrest Records, Marriage Records, Driving Records, on almost everyone I search."

More Tenant Screening Reviews
There are several pieces of information you will want to attain during the tenant screening process. Things such as their social security numbers, their place of employment, a bank reference, and at least two references should be given.
This will allow you to determine whether they will be able to pay rent and if they are reliable tenants.

Why Tenant Screening Is Absolutely Essential
Finding someone to rent out your home takes time and patience. While you want to find someone who is willing to stay in the place, it is vital you go through a specific tenant screening process to find the best qualified. The last thing you want is to rent the home out to tenants who are going to cost you more money than you make.
Going through a screening process can help you avoid renting out your home to tenants who are going to trash the home and cost you hundreds of dollars in repair. Your goal is to find people who will respect the home and treat it as if they owned it themselves. In addition, you want to find tenants who are honest and loyal.
There is nothing worse than finding out that your tenants have skipped town and moved on leaving you with an empty home and no rent money. Finding out about their previous residence and any criminal records they may have will help you eliminate the deviants and find reliable people.
In addition, you want to find people who are going to pay rent on time. If they do pay late, establish some kind of late fee they will have to pay. If the tenant is consistently paying late, you may have to evict them and find new tenants.

My Mother Leora L. Garrett, had her will made in Summerfield. When her husband passed away, she came to live with me. We sold our house, and had to rent while looking for one to purchase. She died 4 mos. later. She was born in Friend, Nebraska, April 9, 1915, and died Dec.29, 1990. She tore up her will because she lived with me. One of my brothers didn't believe me when I told him what was in it. It was made in Caldwell, County Court House, Noble County. I can't remember the name of the Attorney in Caldwell, and would like to get a copy of the will. My Husband just died, and I would like to get the free info., so I can write and get a copy of the will. I have all the other information.

Net Detective now charges users $29 every three years for their plain Net Detective service. As such, it leaves much to be desired. I had signed on back when you only had to pay a one-time, for-life fee. This basic package offered just enough data results to lure one into their monthly premium Net Detective Plus service. I canceled that plus service after a few months b/c it did not really add any useful data to my search results. Now that one has to pay a recurring fee just to use the plain vanilla net detective service, I would NOT recommend it for those who want more than just the basics [name, address, phone number] in their search service.
