I would give Intelius minus stars if I could.I looked up a couple of people and I found the information I was looking for. I was a pretty satisfied customer until I found charges on my bank card that I did not authorize.Intelius refuses to return my money.DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!

Give old information and not full info they claimed to provide. Be careful of free trial offers. They will charge you credit card after so many days

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
Although Intelius is a reasonable search engine for $1.95, Intelius very deceitfully, in small print will enroll you in their ID Protection Program for $19.95 a month. If you do not scutinize your charge card statement they will continue to charge you $19.95 a month. This identical thing happened to a Wells Fargo Bank employee who works in the charge card department and she has received numerous complaints about Intelius unauthorized billings to customer charge cards. So do not use Intelius but if you must then be sure to check your charge card statement monthly.

STOP DON'T GO NO FURTHER IT IS A SCAM. After they get your card number and info then the B.S. starts it is just not worth the problems

A rip off. They will automatically charge your credit card $19.95 every month if you sign up for a one time payment of $1.95. Don't go there!!!!

Intelius People Search is a rip-off at best and then couldn't cancel membership.Ctrdit card bill showed their cost each month and finally had it cancelled by american express.

This is false advertising, your service is not free and if you're not careful you'll get sued. The public should steer clear...what's that latin saying.."Caveat emptor", buyer beware.

I feel taken advantage of by this company. Be very careful if you join for a monthly fee because I did and instead of charging me what they said they would they charged me for an order that should have been put undet the monthly fee. Plus the info isn't much. I will do this myself through the post office from now on.
