Net Detective SUCKS!! You can get more information from the person your investigating if you just walk up and ask them questions. Don’t waste your money on this one. It’s a money scam!!!!!!!!!!!

This is nothing more than a compilation of sites that charge you money for information. It's merely a search engine. I tried to cancel immediately after purchasing a subscription, but there's no way of getting in touch with these people. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

Net Detective now charges users $29 every three years for their plain Net Detective service. As such, it leaves much to be desired. I had signed on back when you only had to pay a one-time, for-life fee. This basic package offered just enough data results to lure one into their monthly premium Net Detective Plus service. I canceled that plus service after a few months b/c it did not really add any useful data to my search results. Now that one has to pay a recurring fee just to use the plain vanilla net detective service, I would NOT recommend it for those who want more than just the basics [name, address, phone number] in their search service.

Found NetDective via consumer-warming.org. Don't trust Consumer-warning.org nor NetDetectives.Paid for NetDetective after a free search indicated records were available. After activation, told those records were on NetDetectivePlus. Paid $10.00 more. No records were found. Sent an e-mail to the company & called. I cancelled via a form you could not even e-mail back. Had to create a document attachment. I am waiting for my credit card to be refunded. If not, will contact the state Att. General. Don't trust either websites. Caveat Emptor for real!

I looked for a "no star" rating and couldn't find one. If I have only 1-5 to choose from I wouldn't choose one. A "1" rating is too high.

I HAVE NEDETECTIVE.NET NOW WITH ADVANCE PLUS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN IT. EVERY NAME I PUT IN IT COMES UP NO RESULTS HOW CAN THAT BE. WITH NAMES LIKE SMITH, JONES, THOMAS, HARRIS AND MANY, MANY, MORE THAT ARE SOM VERY, VERY, VERY COMMON COMING AS NO RESULTS COME ON GIVE ME A BREAK PPS ONE IS THE LOWEST ON YOUR SCORE TABLE YOU SHOULD START AT 2ERO FOR THE LOWEST I BET YOU WILL GET A LOT OF PEOPLE GIVING IT THAT SCORE.

Looked up myself and what a combo of info from what I am to all info. If I was looking me up for anything I'm not sure what my impression would be. Surely wouldnt want to try to figure out what was true and what kind of person I would be dealing with. NOT SOMETHING I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

If I could select 0 star I would have. Don't waste your money, you can find more information if you open the whitepages. They offer more information however it is at additional cost.

AWFUL site! It is outdated. It showed my current husband still married to his ex-wife and much of their other information was very outdated. Not worth the money!

Using NetDetective I discovered that my dad had over $150 in unclaimed funds from an old utility provider. This was a deposit that did not get refunded 15 years ago and we never would have discovered it if it weren’t for Net Detective.

Worst Product I have Ever Paid For !!! Tried 15 people search lookups, no results on any. Found 4 thru FREE WHITE PAGES !!! Only good can say, I emailed their Cust. Svc. Dept., and got my refund in 2 days. DON'T PAY FOR THIS SCAM
