These people continued to charge my bank account after I cancelled my membership.
Then they refused to refund my money for their mistake.

Im looking for some one and i did 4 searches from her family and yes they have the information from these people, adresses, phone numbers, etc but all the information is like 5 to 10 years old, maybe they don't have autorization to give the actual information, but who pay to get old information? its stupid.

I really was impressed with the site and fee, until someone pointed out to me that they found this person to not be at the address I found, and I had to re-check all my findings and they were right. the former address came us as current, and the new address was a previous one. Hard to have to go through all of it again using a new site. boo Hoo

These people not good they just want your money. I was charged over $40 dollars to look for one name and phone number when I called I fourn out I had signed up for their monthly service and identity security service I have no how that happened it was all manupolation through web site.

This site is the epitome of "Bait and Switch". Don't waste your time, nor money. Go to Zabasearch.com as it is truly free. Again, forget My Life and don't leave your personal info.

Agree with everyone, all this site wants is YOUR MONEY. I have found Zaba Searbch is the only true "Free" search site-forget MY LIFE-They take all your info and then you have all your personal info online/

Total Scam. Out of 5 people searches, NetDetective could only find 1. When I tried previews on other people search sites. they came up with information on all 5. NetDetect does not have a preview feature.
The company has over 2,000 complaints across the different fraud reporting sites on the web.

I gave them one star because I couldn't select anything less. My Mom tried to sign up with Mylife and thinking she was only paying for a month they charged her for 12 months = 144.00$. I have been on her account and I couldn't tell you how Myshitlife.com is any different then Facebook. Infact Facebook blows this scummy site out of the water. I have never benefited from using this week ass site and nore will anybody else. Facebook is free and you can pull just as much info from it then <Myshitlife.com. They will never be half as succesful as facebook, I will never use there site again and I'm going to make it a point to let everyone know how shitty there service is and how not to use them. I am also a personal friend of Get Reggie from king 5 news in seattle wa and if these ass clowns don't refund ever cent for my Mom he has already committed to do 3 minutes on air time to expose this site and all there wrong doings. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO MYLIFE.COM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE OUT DATED INFORMATION THAT WILL BE COMPLETELY UNUSABLY!!!
