A reverse phone number search is using a phone number or cell phone number to find an owners name, state, zip code and even street address. A reverse phone number search is the "reverse" or opposite of a traditional phone search using a persons name to find a phone number.
Unfortunately, local 411 information services do not always offer reverse searches, rather you need an online service that provides access to a specialized database of phone numbers and ownership details.
The following sites offer this sort of reverse search:

False advertisement and a complete scam. After you pay it takes you to a different web site with no cell phone search options.

This site is a waste of time whether it's for free or you get snagged paying for it. It's impossible to get an answer to a question, either via phone or their site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this site.

Found NetDective via consumer-warming.org. Don't trust Consumer-warning.org nor NetDetectives.Paid for NetDetective after a free search indicated records were available. After activation, told those records were on NetDetectivePlus. Paid $10.00 more. No records were found. Sent an e-mail to the company & called. I cancelled via a form you could not even e-mail back. Had to create a document attachment. I am waiting for my credit card to be refunded. If not, will contact the state Att. General. Don't trust either websites. Caveat Emptor for real!
